Returns Policy

It is really important to us that you love your purchase however in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or faulty we will offer you a replacement, store credit or refund depending on stock availability. 

If you simply change your mind on an item you have purchased we are happy to work with you for a positive outcome. We will happily provide a store credit / gift voucher as long as our conditions of returns are met. Refunds for change of mind orders are entirely issued at our discretion.

We can issue refunds for pre-orders or orders that have not been shipped. We will refund you the purchase amount minus any discounts applied or merchant fees we may have incurred as a result of any buy now pay later payment methods (if any).

We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser.

We recommend you contact us, via email with your order number to arrange a return.

***CONDITIONS OF RETURN*** 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your item being received.  Any items returned after 30 days of purchase may not be accepted unless prior notice or terms have been agreed upon by us.
  • Goods must be returned in the new condition it was received. Items must not have been worn, had tags removed (if any), hand or machine washed, damaged or altered from their original condition in any way. 
  • We understand that sometimes it is difficult to keep original wrapping intact, however all items must be sent back with protective wrapping to avoid damage on it's return voyage.
  • We strongly suggest that you choose a tracked service for your returns and advise us of the tracking details with your order number so we know when to expect it. We can not be held responsible for returns that are untracked, lost or damaged in transit. 

If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any of these conditions, we may choose not to issue a store credit or refund. 

*** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS***

International customers requesting order cancellations due to delays in shipping will only be honoured once we can confirm the parcel is being returned to sender by items tracking information. 

Some countries do not accept or process any return to sender requests whilst the parcel is in transit. In this case the parcel will be delivered to you and if you wish to proceed with cancelling and order, you must refuse delivery and instruct the delivery person to return the parcel to sender. Should you accept and take delivery of the parcel, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges if you wish to proceed with the cancellation.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and designs may vary slightly. Due to differences in devices, brands, screen resolution capabilities and their respective settings, the lighting, tones/shades of products may appear slightly different in real life. Wholly Her will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not manufacturer faults or defects. In purchasing from Wholly Her, you agree to accept the small risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual colours and the representation on our website.
